If you are not completely happy with an item, please return it to us within 14 days of receiving your order. It must be unworn and unused, with the original packaging. Once we have received the item(s) we can either exchange the item or issue you with a refund, as per your request.
Please note shipping charges will not be refunded and earrings cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene reasons.
If an order does not arrive or has been damaged, please let us know. Royal mail gives 10 working days after the postage date before it is classed as lost (especially during COVID-19.)
All of the findings we use are 24k gold plated metals, although we advise not to shower or exercise in them. The silk we use is hand dyed and so the colour may run if it gets wet.
